Return Policy: Items are to be returned within 30 days by prepaid shipping for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.
If damages occur in shipping, it is the consignee's responsibility to inspect and report any damages immediately to the motor carrier. If shipment is signed for, there must be notations of damages. Otherwise, you are signing acceptance of the product without damages. The customer must make a claim with the appropriate motor carrier. All freight should be inspected for damages and claims made directly to the freight company. Mitchell Ellis Products is not responsible for freight damages.
